摘　　要：当下,区域国别学一级学科的设立,引起了人文社科各领域的高度关注。一些民族音乐学学者开始从区域国别学的学科观点出发,在海外华人音乐、世界民族音乐、跨界族群音乐、海外音乐民族志等论域既有积淀的基础上,聚焦中国“域外”,开启了学科交叉性质的区域国别音乐研究。然而,作为一个新的研究论域,当我们进入具体研究和操作策略的考量时,就会发现当下的区域国别音乐研究在概念理解、目标诉求、主体视角、知识认知、研究方法等方面均需进一步辨析,具体可分解为以下五个学理问题的讨论与摭议:如何辨识区域国别音乐研究的概念原点?区域国别音乐研究的目标诉求究竟为何?如何理解区域国别音乐研究的中国文化主体性问题?如何认知区域国别音乐研究中的知识建构?如何重构区域国别音乐研究的方法论?The establishment of the first-level discipline of regional and national studies has attracted significant attention across various fields of humanities and social sciences.Some ethnomusicologists have begun to approach the study of music from the perspective of regional and national studies,focusing on areas such as overseas Chinese music,world ethnic music,cross-boundary ethnic music,and overseas music ethnography.This new interdisciplinary field aims to explore“beyond the border”of China.However,as a novel research domain,regional and national music studies require further analysis in terms of conceptual understanding,research goals,subject perspectives,knowledge construction,and research methodologies.This paper addresses five key theoretical issues:How to identify the conceptual origins of regional and national music studies?What are the goals and demands of this research?How to understand the issue of Chinese cultural subjectivity in this field?How to comprehend knowledge construction in regional and national music studies?How to reconstruct the methodology of this research area?
