蒲地蓝消炎片联合布地奈德治疗小儿急性喉炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨蒲地蓝消炎片联合布地奈德治疗小儿急性喉炎的疗效。方法按随机数字表法将2021年1月—2023年12月九〇三医院收治的100例急性喉炎患儿分为对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例)。对照组给予吸入用布地奈德混悬液,1 g/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服蒲地蓝消炎片,2~3片/次,4次/d。两组患儿均持续治疗5 d。观察两组患儿临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患儿症状改善时间、喉镜下体征评分及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果治疗后,对照组与治疗组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(84.00%vs 96.00%,P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,治疗组的症状改善时间均明显缩短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿会厌充血、黏液附着、水肿、声带充血评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组患儿喉镜下体征评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组hs-CRP、IL-10和IL-6水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后hs-CRP、IL-10和IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎片联合布地奈德治疗小儿急性喉炎疗效及安全性均较高,能减轻患儿炎性反应,改善喉部症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablets combined with budesonide in treatment of acute laryngitis in children.Methods Children(100 cases)with acute laryngitis in 903 Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into control group(50 cases)and treatment group(50 cases)according to random number table method,.Children in the control group were treated with Budesonide Suspension for inhalation,1 g/time,twice daily.Patients in the control group were po administered with Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablets,2—3 tablets/time,four times daily.Children in two groups were treated for 5 d.After treatment,the clinical effects were evaluated,the symptom improvement time,scores of signs under laryngoscope and hs-CRP,IL-10 and IL-6 in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in the control and treatment groups were 84.00%vs 96.00%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom improvement time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epiglottic congestion,mucus adhesion,edema,vocal cord congestion and other laryngoscopic signs in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-10 and IL-6 in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablets combined with budesonide in treatment of acute laryngitis in children has high efficacy and safety in the treatment of acute laryngitis,which can alleviate the inflammatory reaction of patients and improve laryngeal symptoms.
