摘 要:三相PWM整流器因网侧电流可正弦化与能量可双向流动得到了广泛应用,随着变换器朝着高频化、小型化方向发展,其电磁干扰(EMI)问题日益凸显。在此提出基于电容式伪中性点构建低阻抗共模噪声回路的方法,可有效改善三相PWM整流器的共模干扰问题。首先构建了传统三相PWM整流器的寄生参数模型,在参数模型的基础上,建立了共模噪声等效模型并对其进行了简化,同时分析了共模噪声的传播路径。其次,提出了电容式伪中性点的构建原则,并根据选取的伪中性点构建了低阻抗回路,通过建立阻抗等效模型分析了共模噪声的抑制机理。最后,搭建了一台功率为650 W的实验样机,验证了基于伪中性点构建低阻抗回路抑制共模噪声理论的正确性与可行性。Three-phase PWM rectifier has been widely used due to its sinusoidal grid side current and energy bidirec-tional flow.But with the development of converters toward high-frequency and miniaturization,the electromagnetic in-terference(EMI)problem is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,a method of constructing a low impedance co-mmon mode noise loop based on capacitive pseudo neutral point is proposed,which can effectively suppress the com-mon mode interference.Firstly,a parasitic parameter model of traditional three-phase PWM rectifiers is constructed.Based on the parameter model,a common mode noise equivalent model is established and simplified,and the propa-gation path of common mode noise is analyzed.Secondly,the construction principle of capacitive pseudo neutral point is proposed,and a low impedance circuit is constructed based on the selected pseudo neutral point.The suppression mechanism of common mode noise is analyzed by establishing an impedance equivalent model.Finally,an experimen-tal prototype with 650 W is built to verify the correctness and feasibility of the theoretical analysis.
