摘 要:单相全桥有源中点箝位(ANPC)变换器在采用传统脉宽调制(PWM)方法时存在开关器件损耗不均衡问题,个别器件过热会有损变换器可靠性和使用寿命。基于开关序列对换流路径的影响机理,提出一种损耗均衡型空间矢量调制方法。当桥臂输出电压被箝位到直流中点时,通过有效空间矢量的选取控制开关器件通断,为电流提供双回路换流路径,从而有效减小通态损耗,并使桥臂内层开关器件的损耗更加均衡。仿真和半实物实验表明该方法简单易实现,可以有效达成桥臂内层开关器件的损耗均衡。For single-phase active neutral-point-clamped(ANPC)converters,there is a loss imbalance between switch-ing devices when using the traditional pulse width modulation(PWM)method,and the overheating of individual devi-ces may impair the overall reliability and service life of the converter.Based on the influence mechanism of switching sequence on the commutation path,the loss model of switching devices under different modulation methods is estab-lished and a space vector modulation method with balanced loss distribution is proposeed.When the output voltage of the bridge arm is clamped to the neutral point,the switching devices are controlled through the selection of effective space vectors,which provides dual commutation paths,thus effectively balancing the loss between the inner switching devices.Finally,simulation and hardware-in-loop experiments show that the proposed method is simple and easy to implement,and can effectively balance the losses of the inner switching devices.
