摘 要:48 V数据中心母线电压迫切需要一类兼具高降压比、高效率的电源变换器。针对传统开关电容型高降压比变换器存在飞跨电容数量多的问题,这里提出一种交错式混合型高降压比Fibonacci开关变换器。结合Fibonacci电容网络高降压比的优势与串联电容Buck低纹波的优势,这里将两类拓扑进行整合及冗余开关复用,进而提升效率与功率密度。与其他开关电容型高降压比变换器相比,在飞跨电容数量相等或更少的情况下,该变换器具有更高的降压比。通过设计飞跨电容容值与交错各相占空比,实现了电容的完全软充电与各相电感电流的自动均衡,优化了变换器的工作特性。最后,搭建了一台36~60 V输入、0.6~2.5 V/30 A输出的实验样机,48~1 V峰值效率为92.1%,实验结果验证了分析的正确性与所提拓扑的可行性。The 48 V data center bus voltage urgently requires a type of power converter with high step-down ratio and high efficiency.In order to solve the problem of a large number of flying capacitors in traditional switched-capacitor high step-down ratio converters,an interleaved hybrid high step-down ratio Fibonacci switching converter is proposed.Combining the advantages of high step-down ratio of Fibonacci capacitor network and low ripple of series capacitor Buck,two types of topologies are integrated and redundant switches is reused to improve efficiency and power density.Compared with other switched-capacitor high step-down ratio converters,this converter has a higher step-down ratio when the number of flying capacitors is equal or less.By designing the value of the flying capacitor and the duty cy-cle of each interleaved phase,complete soft charging of the capacitor and automatic balancing of inductor currents in each phase are achieved,the working characteristics of the converter are further optimized.Finally,an experimental prototype with 36~60 V input and 0.6~2.5 V/30 A output is built,and the peak efficiency of 48~1 V is 92.1%.The experimental results verify the correctness of the analysis and the feasibility of the proposed topology.
