摘 要:为实现负载能量回馈,完成负载和电源间可靠和高效的电能回收,构建了能量回馈型电子负载的DC/AC并网变流器硬件电路及其控制算法。首先设计了包含功率因数校正(PFC)升压模块、DC/DC隔离模块、DC/AC转换模块和输出滤波器模块在内的DC/AC并网变流器硬件电路,然后建立了DC/AC并网变流器级联控制模型,随后提出了包含同步锁相环、电流内环和电压外环在内的DC/AC并网变流器PID控制策略,以实现交流电子负载中的能量回馈。最后,研制并测试了能量回馈型电子负载的DC/AC并网变流器,测试结果表明所研制设备能实现低总谐波畸变率(THD)并网,能量回收效率达到95%。In order to realize load energy feedback and reliable and efficient energy recovery between load and power supply,a DC/AC grid-connected converter hardware circuit with energy feedback type electronic load and its control algorithm are constructed.Firstly,the hardware circuit of a DC/AC grid-connected converter is designed,which in-cludes a power factor correction(PFC)Boost module,a DC/DC isolation module,a DC/AC conversion module and an output filter module.Then,the cascade control model of the DC/AC grid-connected converter is established.Next,a PID control strategy for the DC/AC grid-connected converter with a synchronous phase-locked loop,current inner loop,voltage outer loop is proposed to achieve energy feedback in AC electronic load.Finally,a DC/AC grid-connected converter with an energy feedback type electronic load is developed and tested.The test results demonstrate that the device achieves low total harmonic distortion(THD)grid-connected function and it exhibits an energy recovery effici-ency up to 95%.
