摘 要:针对模块化多电平矩阵变换器(M3C)传统两步式启动策略在解锁算法时冲击电流较大、传统多步式启动策略时间较长、最近电平调制(NLM)策略中排序占据大量计算资源的问题,此处提出了一种改进式的M3C多步式启动控制策略。首先分析了在解锁算法时产生冲击电流的原因,提出了一种基于改进排序方法的多步启动策略,减小了可控阶段的算力需求。同时通过分层控制,保证各个桥臂电容电压在启动过程中的平衡与稳定。最后搭建仿真和实验平台,验证了所提基于改进排序算法的M3C多步启动策略的可行性和可靠性。The traditional two-step start-up strategy of modular multilevel matrix converter(M3C)has large impulse cu-rrent in the unlocking algorithm,the traditional multi-step start-up strategy takes a long time and there is a problem that sorting algorithm takes up a lot of computing resources when using the nearest level modulation(NLM),an impr-oved M3C multi-step start-up control strategy is proposed.Firstly,the reason of the impulse current generated in the unlocking algorithm is analyzed and a multi-step start-up strategy based on the improved sorting algorithm is proposed which reduces the computing resources in the controllable stage.At the same time,through hierarchical control,the balance and stability of the capacitor voltage of each bridge arm during the start-up process are ensured.Finally,the feasibility and reliability of the proposed M3C multi-step start-up strategy based on improved sorting algorithm are verified by building a simulation and experimental platform.
