大学生思想政治教育组织感染性的内涵意蕴、生成机理与提升策略

摘　　要：高校学生组织作为大学生维系社会化关系存在的重要载体,是高校开展思想政治教育活动的重要依托。大学生组织感染性是大学生在思想政治教育过程中被组织所传递的某种观念、价值、情绪、信息、行为瞬间激发或长期影响,从而产生连锁性反应并引起情感共鸣,最终改变其思想或行为的过程。大学生思想政治教育组织感染性的生成,主要遵循人际吸引、模仿学习、竞争激励、心理相容、情感共鸣等机理。立足实践提升大学生思想政治教育组织感染性,应聚焦增强组织的吸引力、有序性和凝聚力,不断拓展思想政治教育组织感染性的广度和深度。University student organizations,as important roles for students to maintain social relationships,serve as a vital foundation for ideological and political education activities in institutions of higher learning.The organizational infectivity of ideological and political education among college students refers to the process where students are instantaneously inspired or long-term influenced by certain concepts,values,emotions,information,and behaviors transmitted by organizations during the ideological and political education process.This,in turn,generates a chain reaction,elicits emotional resonance,and ultimately leads to changes in their thoughts or behaviors.The generation of organizational infectivity in ideological and political education for college students primarily follows mechanisms such as interpersonal attraction,imitation and learning,competitive incentives,psychological compatibility,and emotional resonance.To enhance the organizational infectivity of ideological and political education among college students through practice,efforts should focus on strengthening the attraction,orderliness,and cohesion of organizations,while continuously expanding the breadth and depth of the organizational infectivity of ideological and political education.
