摘　　要：主要介绍了在自动化流水线上,一种龙门式结构气缸体铸造过程中产生的各类缺陷,通过对浇注系统、排气系统以及工艺参数优化等方面的更改验证,解决其铸造缺陷,满足加工装配要求。This paper mainly introduces various defects in the casting process of a gantry structure cylinder block in the automatic assembly line,and solves the casting defects and meets the processing and assembly requirements through the change verification of the gating system,exhaust system and process parameter optimization.
