摘 要:介绍了高硅固溶工艺在厚大断面球铁上的应用优势和不足,描述了钇基重稀土球化剂在生产高硅固溶风电厚大断面主轴铸件上的试验过程,以及其生产条件、方法、铸造工艺、熔炼工艺的选择与控制。通过对风电主轴化学成分、附铸试块力学性能和本体金相检测和分析,发现应用钇基重稀土球化剂加上合理严格的生产工艺设计和管控措施,可以实现应用高硅固溶工艺生产厚大断面风电主轴铸件。The advantages and disadvantages of the application of high silicon solution process in thick and large section ductile iron are introduced,and the test process of yttrium-based heavy rare earth nodularizing agent in the production of high silicon solid solution wind power thick and large section spindle castings,as well as the selection and control of its production conditions,methods,casting process and smelting process.Through the detection and analysis of the chemical composition of the wind power spindle,the mechanical properties of the attached casting test block and the metallographic of the body,the results show that the application of yttrium-based heavy rare earth nodularizing agent and reasonable and strict production process design and control measures can realize the application of high silicon solution process to produce thick and large-section wind power spindle castings.
