摘 要:采用Al(NO_(3))_(3)和稀HNO_(3)溶液对硅锗铝IWR分子筛进行后处理,考察了处理液浓度、处理温度、处理时间对分子筛结构和性能的影响,采用XRD、SEM、NH_(3)-TPD、N_(2)吸附-脱附等方法对处理前后IWR分子筛进行表征。实验结果表明,在80℃下使用1 mol/L Al(NO_(3))_(3)和0.01 mol/L HNO_(3)处理可以较好地保留IWR分子筛的结晶度,同时大幅降低骨架锗含量、有效提升骨架铝含量。表征结果显示,经脱锗补铝后处理IWR分子筛具有更强的水热稳定性和酸性。A post-synthesis treatment of alumino-germano-silicate IWR zeolites by Al(NO_(3))_(3) and diluted HNO_(3) solution was presented.The effects of solution concentration,temperature,and duration of the treatment on the structure and performance of IWR zeolites were investigated.XRD,SEM,NH_(3)-TPD,and N2 adsorption-desorption were utilized to characterize IWR zeolites before and after treatment.The experimental results indicate that the treatment with 1 mol/L Al(NO_(3))_(3) and 0.01 mol/L HNO_(3) at 80℃ enables the preservation of crystallinity of IWR zeolites,dramatically reduces skeletal germanium content,and effectively promotes skeletal aluminum content.The characterization results demonstrate that the IWR zeolites after post-synthetic degermanation and alumination treatment have higher hydrothermal stability and stronger acidity.
