摘 要:利用HNO_(3)或H_(2)O_(2)氧化活性炭制备得到表面含酸性含氧基团的催化剂,并将其用于催化合成2-巯基苯并噻唑。利用SEM、N_(2)吸附-脱附、HPLC等分析了催化剂的孔道结构及表面酸性含氧基团对催化剂性能及稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,酸性含氧基团对合成2-巯基苯并噻唑具有良好的活性和选择性。催化剂具有适量的介孔比例能有效保障催化剂孔道结构的稳定性,而酚羟基比羧基具有更好的热稳定性,因此用H_(2)O_(2)氧化介孔为主的活性炭ECAC得到的ECAC-H表现出较强的催化活性、选择性和稳定性,采用ECAC-H所得产物中2-巯基苯并噻唑的含量达87.62%(w),收率86.57%。套用10次后,产物中2-巯基苯并噻唑的含量仍有86.93%(w),收率85.92%。该碳基固体酸催化策略可有效抑制副产物的生成,可为实现2-巯基苯并噻唑的高效绿色工业化合成提供依据。Catalysts containing acidic oxygen-containing groups on the surface were prepared by oxidizing activated carbon using HNO_(3) or H_(2)O_(2),and they were used for catalytic synthesis of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole.The effects of the pore structure of the catalysts and the surface acidic oxygen-containing groups on the performance and stability of the catalysts were analyzed using SEM,N_(2) adsorption-desorption,and HPLC.The experimental results show that the acidic oxygencontaining groups have good activity and selectivity for the synthesis of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole.The catalysts with an appropriate proportion of mesopores can effectively guarantee the stability of the pore structure of the catalysts,and the phenolic hydroxyl group has better thermal stability than the carboxyl group.Therefore,the ECAC-H obtained by oxidizing mesoporous activated carbon ECAC using H_(2)O_(2) shows strong catalytic activity,selectivity,and stability.The content of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole in the product obtained by employing ECAC-H amounts to 87.62%(w),with a yield of 86.57%.After 10 sets,the content of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole in the product is still 86.93%(w),with a yield of 85.92%.This carbon-based solid acid catalytic strategy can effectively inhibit the generation of by-products and provide a basis for efficient and green industrial synthesis of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole.
