摘  要:以烯丙醇聚醚F6(AAP-F6)和碘甲烷为标准原料,采用控制变量法探讨了实现AAP-F6封端的最优条件。实验结果表明,优化的工艺条件为:催化剂选用t-BuONa,n(AAP-F6)∶n(t-BuONa)=1∶2,n(AAP-F6)∶n(CH_(3)I)=1∶1.8,活化温度25℃,活化时间2 h,反应温度25℃,反应时间4 h,在该优化条件下,AAP-F6封端率为92.34%,双键保留率为83.94%。在优化的工艺条件下,不同的卤代封端试剂均可对AAP-F6实现较好的封端,其中,氯化苄的效果相对最好,AAP-F6封端率为97.51%,双键保留率为91.39%。By using allyl alcohol polyether F6(AAP-F6)and iodomethane as standard materials,the optimal conditions for the end capping of AAP-F6 were discussed by using the control variable method.The experimental results show the optimized process conditions as follows:t-BuONa is selected as a catalyst;n(AAP-F6)∶n(t-BuONa)=1∶2,n(AAP-F6)∶n(CH_(3)I)=1∶1.8,activation temperature of 25℃,activation time of 2 h,reaction temperature of 25℃,and reaction time of 4 h.The end capping rate of AAP-F6 under these conditions is 92.34%,and the double bond retention rate is 83.94%.Under the optimized process conditions,different halogenated end capping reagents can achieve better end capping of AAP-F6,among which benzyl chloride has the best effect,with the end capping rate of AAP-F6 being 97.51%and the double bond retention rate being 91.39%.
