摘  要:采用VOF模型对水下天然气管道泄漏的微小气泡运移特性进行模拟,研究泄漏孔径、位置和速度等因素对微小气泡运动和聚并等行为的影响。实验结果表明,从上浮高度50 mm处起,上浮高度与时间曲线增幅呈逐渐变缓趋势,上浮过程中,上浮高度增大,气泡的运动速度增大,气泡所在位置处的压力与出口处的压力差随上浮高度的增加而减小,直径4 mm和5 mm气泡上浮时间相差较小,直径5 mm的大气泡会产生剧烈形变。泄漏位置直线距离增大,两气泡聚并所用时间和聚并时的速度不断增大。泄漏速度变大时,两气泡聚并时间和速度先减小后增大,聚并前单一气泡速度的变化与聚并时速度变化趋势相吻合。The VOF model was adopted to simulate the migration characteristics of tiny bubbles in underwater natural gas pipeline leakage.The influence of leakage aperture,position,velocity,and pressure on the movement and coalescence behavior of tiny bubbles was studied.The results show that the curve of rising height and time gradually slows down from the rising height of 50 mm.In the process of bubble floating,the bubble speed increases with the increase of floating height,and the pressure difference between the bubble location and the outlet decreases with the increase of rising height.The difference in rise time between 4 mm and 5 mm bubbles is little,while large bubbles with a diameter of 5 mm will produce severe deformation.With the increase of the linear distance of the leakage position,the time and the speed of the coalescence of the two bubbles increase continuously.The coalescence time and velocity of the two bubbles show a trend from decline to rise in consequence with the increase of leakage velocity.The change of the velocity of the single bubble before coalescence is consistent with the trend of the coalescence velocity.
