摘 要:目的研究分析心血管内科采取组长负责制分层管理对护理服务质量的影响作用及应用效果。方法选取南华大学附属第三医院心血管内科24名护理人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月采用常规管理,记为对照组,2023年1—12月采用组长负责制分层管理,记为观察组。对比分析两组护理服务质量评分、护理风险事件发生情况、护理人员对管理的满意度。结果观察组护理服务质量各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照组共发生4例护理风险事件,其中医源性暴露、针刺伤各2例,观察组未发生护理风险事件。观察组护理人员对管理的满意度为95.83%(23/24),高于对照组的75.00%(18/24),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05)。结论心血管内科采取组长负责制分层管理,能够切实增进护理服务质量,管控护理风险事件,护理人员对管理的满意度较高。Objective To study and analyze the influence and application effect of hierarchical management of team leader responsibility system in cardiovascular medicine on the quality of nursing service.Methods A total of 24 nursing staff in the Department of Cardiology,the Third Affiliated Hospital of University of South China were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,routine management was adopted,which was recorded as the control group.From January to December 2023,the hierarchical management of group leader responsibility system was adopted,which was recorded as the observation group.The scores of nursing service quality,the occurrence of nursing risk events and the satisfaction of nursing staff to management were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing service quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 4 cases of nursing risk events in the control group,including 2 cases of iatrogenic exposure and 2 cases of needle stick injury.There was no nursing risk event in the observation group.The nursing staff's satisfaction with management in the observation group was 95.83%(23/24),which was higher than 75.00%(18/24)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management of group leader responsibility system in cardiovascular medicine can effectively improve the quality of nursing service,control nursing risk events,and the satisfaction of nursing staff to management is high.
