摘 要:目的分析节点管理工作方案对体检中心医护人员管理质量的影响。方法选取宁夏回族自治区银川市第一人民医院的体检中心40名医护人员作为研究对象。2022年9月—2023年5月给予传统管理,为对照组。2023年6月—2024年2月采取节点管理工作方案,为研究组。比较两组的管理依从性评分、职业损伤发生情况、职业生活质量评分。结果研究组管理依从性评分、职业生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组发生1例感染事件,对照组共发生生物性损伤2例、锐器伤1例、药物损伤1例、感染事件2例,研究组发生职业损伤事件少于对照组。结论节点管理工作方案在体检中心医护人员中的应用能提高管理依从性,减少职业损伤的发生,提高医护人员的职业生活质量。Objective To explore and analyze the impact of node management work plans on the management quality of medical staff in physical examination centers.Methods Forty health care workers from the physical examination center of the First People's Hospital of Yinchuan City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,were selected as the study subjects.Traditional management was given from September 2022 to May 2023 as the control group.Nodal management work plan was adopted from June 2023 to February 2024 as the study group.Management adherence score,occurrence of occupational injuries,and occupational quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The management adherence score and occupational quality of life score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).One infection event occurred in the study group,and two biological injuries,one sharp instrument injury,one drug injury,and two infection events occurred in the control group,and the number of occupational injury events in the study group was less than that in the control group.Conclusion The application of node management work plan in physical examination center can improve management compliance,reduce the occurrence of occupational injuries,and improve the quality of medical staff work life.
