摘 要:目的分析公共卫生监测管理在校园传染病防治中应用效果,以及对工作质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月济南市莱芜区疾病预防控制中心参与校园开展传染性防治工作的21名工作人员作为研究对象,根据校园传染病防治工作管理模式实施的时间进行分组,2022年1—12月实施常规管理,设为常规组;2023年1—12月实施公共卫生监测管理,设为研究组,两组均为同一批工作人员。比较两阶段校园传染病防治工作质量评分、工作人员对传染病相关知识掌握度以及对管理模式的满意度。结果研究组校园传染病防治工作质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组传染病认知、传染病预防掌握评分为(98.56±1.23)分、(99.12±0.56)分,高于常规组的(92.53±2.52)分、(94.02±2.32)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.854、9.793,P均<0.05)。研究组对管理模式的满意度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在校园传染病防治管理中,公共卫生监测管理模式应用能有效提升工作质量,增强工作人员对传染病相关知识的掌握度和管理满意度,具有较高管理借鉴价值。Objective To analyze the effect of public health monitoring and management in the prevention and treatment of campus infectious diseases and its influence on the quality of work.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,twenty-one staff members of Laiwu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Jinan City,who participated in the infectious disease prevention and control work on campus,were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to the implementation time of the management mode of infectious disease prevention and control work on campus,and routine management was implemented from January to December 2022.From January to December 2023,public health monitoring and management will be implemented,and the two groups will be set up as research groups,with the same group of staff.The quality scores of infectious disease prevention and control work,the staff's mastery of infectious disease related knowledge and their satisfaction with management mode were compared in the two stages.Results The quality score of school infectious disease prevention and control in the study group were higher than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of cognition and prevention of infectious diseases in the study group were 98.56±1.23 and 99.12±0.56,which were higher than 92.53±2.52 and 94.02±2.32 in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.854,9.793,both P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the study group were higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention and control of campus infectious diseases,the application of public health monitoring management model can effectively improve the quality of work,enhance the staff's mastery of infectious diseases related knowledge and management satisfaction,and has a high management reference value.
