摘 要:目的探讨在实施急诊护理管理期间组长负责制分层管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2022年5月寿光市人民医院急诊科40名护理人员为研究对象,并根据不同管理模式分为两组,各20名。参照组采用常规管理模式,研究组采用组长负责制分层管理模式。对比两组护理人员的急诊护理管理结果。结果研究组对管理方法满意度为95.00%(19/20),高于参照组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05)。研究组病情掌握程度评分、护理人员考核成绩以及护理基础技术能力评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医院在实施急诊护理管理期间,组长负责制分层管理模式的有效应用,可将急诊护理管理水平显著提升。Objective To explore the application effect of group leader responsibility hierarchical management mode during the implementation of emergency nursing management.Methods A total of forty nurses in the emergency department of Shouguang People's Hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different management modes,with twenty in each group.The reference group adopts the conventional management mode,and the research group adopts the hierarchical management mode of group leader responsibility system.The results of emergency nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.00%(19/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05).The score of condition mastery,nursing staff assessment and nursing basic technical ability of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the implementation of emergency nursing management in hospitals,the effective application of group leader responsibility system layered management mode can significantly improve the level of emergency nursing management.
