摘　　要：随着中医康复科学的不断发展和应用范围的日益广泛,提升护理管理质量对于确保患者康复效果具有重要作用。然而,中医康复科在现代医疗体系中相对较新,其护理管理在人员培训、流程规范等方面存在诸多薄弱环节,这些问题的存在直接影响到护理服务的质量和效率,解决这些问题的紧迫性不言而喻。基于此,本文旨在深入探讨加强薄弱环节管理在提高中医康复科护理管理质量中的作用,通过构建科学的管理实施方案、监督评估与反馈机制,以期为优化中医康复科的护理管理质量提供一套行之有效的解决策略。With the continuous development and increasing application scope of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation science,improving the quality of nursing management plays an important role in ensuring the effectiveness of patient rehabilitation.However,the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation department is relatively new in the modern medical system,and there are many weak links in its nursing management in personnel training and process norms,which directly affect the quality and efficiency of nursing services,and the urgency of solving these problems is self-evident.Based on this,this paper aims to deeply explore the role of strengthening weak link management in improving the quality of nursing management in traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation department,and provide a set of effective solutions for optimizing the quality of nursing management in traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation department by constructing a scientific management implementation plan,supervision and evaluation and feedback mechanism.
