摘  要:目的探讨在实施急诊创伤临床教学中传统教学方式以及高仿真严重创伤救治演练方法的应用效果。方法选取2023年3—11月苏州大学附属第一医院60名急诊创伤临床教学实习生为研究对象进行教学研究。以教学模式不同分为两组。参照组(30名)采用传统教学;研究组(30名)采用高仿真严重创伤救治演练。对比两组考核成绩及教学满意度。结果研究组急救技能操作成绩(80.25±13.26)分、临床理论知识成绩(80.14±13.14)分、沟通合作能力评分(80.22±13.44)分、综合判断以及处理能力评分(80.45±14.28)分高于参照组(70.14±12.25)分、(81.66±14.22)分、(71.77±12.25)分、(71.66±14.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.067、18.954、2.545、2.397,P均<0.05)。研究组教学满意度评分较参照组有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在开展急诊创伤临床教学中,高仿真严重创伤救治演练方法的有效应用,效果明显。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional teaching methods and high simulation severe trauma treatment exercises in the clinical teaching of emergency trauma.Methods Sixty emergency trauma clinical teaching interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from March 2023 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects for teaching research.And were divided into two groups according to differenmt teaching mode;the reference group(thirty cases)used traditional teaching;study group(thirty cases)used high simulation severe trauma treatment exercise.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The first aid skill operation score was 80.25±13.26,clinical theoretical knowledge score was 80.14±13.14,communication and cooperation ability score was 80.22±13.44,comprehensive judgment and processing ability score was 80.45±14.28 in the study group were higher than those in the reference group 70.14±12.25,81.66±14.22,71.77±12.25,71.66±14.12,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.067,18.954,2.545,2.397,all P<0.05).The Teaching satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical teaching of emergency trauma, the effective applica tion of high simulation severe trauma treatment exercise method has obvious effect.
