摘　　要：目的探究针对疾控中心疫苗的安全控制管理中使用加强疫苗冷链管理措施产生的价值。方法选取烟台市福山区疾病预防控制中心于2022年1月—2023年12月的20名工作人员为研究对象,根据不同的管理方法分为两组,2022年1—12月实施加强常规管理的20名工作人员作为参照组,2023年1—12月实施加强疫苗冷链管理的20名工作人员作为观察组,所有工作人员为同一批。比较两组超温疫苗与失效疫苗事件发生率、工作人员对管理的满意度以及工作人员工作质量(责任心、沟通能力、技术熟练度、应急能力、主动服务以及文书书写)评分。结果观察组超温疫苗与失效疫苗事件发生率均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作人员对管理的满意度与各项工作质量评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对疾控中心疫苗的安全控制管理中使用加强疫苗冷链管理措施具有显著的应用价值。Objective To explore the value of the use of enhanced vaccine cold chain management measures in the safety control and management of center for disease control vaccines.Methods Fifty staff members of Fushan District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Yantai from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into two groups.Twenty staff members who implemented routine management from January to December 2022 were selected as the reference group,and 20 staff members who implemented vaccine cold chain management from January to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,all of whom were in the same batch.The incidences of overtemperature vaccines and ineffective vaccines,the staff's satisfaction with management and the staff's work quality(responsibility,communication skills,technical proficiency,emergency response skills,proactive service and document writing)were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of overtemperature vaccine and incidence of ineffective vaccine in observation group were lower than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The management satisfaction and scores of job quality in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of enhanced vaccine cold chain management measures in the safety control management of center for disease control is of significant application value.
