摘　　要：目的探讨基于现代化管理的干预模式在医院感染手卫生管理中的应用效果。方法选择2021年8月—2023年7月潍坊市潍城区人民医院的56名门诊医生为研究对象,根据不同的管理方法分为对照组(n=56,2021年8月—2022年7月)和观察组(n=56,2022年8月—2023年7月),两组为同一批医生。对照组采用常规方法管理,观察组联合基于现代化管理的干预模式,比较两组医院感染手卫生管理质量、专业知识水平和管理满意度。结果观察组管理质量、理论考核、实践操作技能、消毒隔离及上报管理得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组各项专业知识水平得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组管理方法、管理效果、医患关系、手卫生意识提升及考核方法满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于现代化管理的干预模式用于医院感染手卫生管理中,能提升管理质量,提高医生专业知识水平,可获得较高的管理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of intervention mode based on modern management in hand hygiene management of hospital infection.Methods Fifty-six outpatient doctors from Weicheng District People's Hospital of Weifang from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group(n=56,from August 2021 to July 2022)and observation group(n=56,from August 2022 to July 2023)according to different management methods.The two groups were the same group of doctors.The control group was managed by conventional methods,and the observation group combined with the intervention mode based on modern management.The quality of hospital infection hand hygiene management,professional knowledge levels and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of management quality,theoretical assessment,practical operation skills,disinfection and isolation and reported management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of professional knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management method,management effect,doctor-patient relationship,hand hygiene awareness improvement and assessment method satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention mode based on modern management can improve the management quality,improve the professional knowledge level of doctors,and obtain higher management satisfaction.
