摘　　要：目的“6S”管理在儿童消化内科病房护理管理中的应用。方法选取2022年1—12月滨州医学院附属医院儿童消化内科病房护理人员20名为研究对象,以不同管理方法分为观察组、对照组,各10名。对照组应用常规护理管理,观察组应用“6S”管理。比较两组护理质量评分(病区管理、基础护理、护理文书、护理安全)、职业压力、职业满意度、不良事件(护理疏漏、记录错误)发生情况。结果观察组护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组职业压力低于对照组、职业满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组出现1起护理疏漏;对照组出现3起护理疏漏,2起记录错误。结论“6S”管理能够在儿童消化内科病房护理管理中提高护理质量与职业满意度,降低职业压力,减少护理中不良事件的发生。Objective To explore the application of"6S"management in nursing management of children's digestive medicine ward.Methods From January to December 2022,a total of 20 nurses in the Department of Pediatric Digestive Medicine of University Affiliated Hospital Binzhou Medical college were selected as observation objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 10 nurses in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing management,and the observation group was treated with"6S"management.The nursing quality scores(ward management,basic nursing,nursing documents,nursing safety),occupational stress,occupational satisfaction,and incidence of adverse events(nursing omissions,record errors)were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The occupational stress of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the occupational satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was 1 nursing omission in the observation group;there were 3 nursing omissions and 2 record errors in the control group.Conclusion"6S"management can improve the quality of nursing and occupational satisfaction,reduce occupational stress and reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the nursing management of children's digestive medicine ward.
