摘 要:目的分析6S管理对提升院前急救质量及工作状态的影响。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月在青岛市急救中心工作的115名工作人员作为研究对象,2022年4—9月行常规管理,设为常规组,2022年10月—2023年4月行6S管理模式,设为研究组,两组均为同一批工作人员。比较两组院前急救质量、工作状态评分及对管理的满意度情况。结果研究组各项院前急救质量评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组职业倦怠感评分低于常规组,心理弹性评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组对管理模式满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论6S管理在急救工作人员管理中应用能有效提升急救质量,调整工作人员的工作状态,确保急救工作有效开展,提高工作人员的满意度。Objective To analyze the influence of 6S management on the quality of pre-hospital emergency and working status.Methods A total of 115 staff members working in Qingdao Emergency Center from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.routine management was performed from April to September 2022 and set as the routine group.6S management mode was performed from October 2022 to April 2023 and set as the research group.Both groups were the same staff.The quality of pre-hospital first aid,work status score and satisfaction with management were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of pre-hospital first aid quality in the research group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of job burnout in the research group was lower than that in the routine group,and the score of mental resilience was higher than that in the routine roup,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The satisfaction of management mode in the research group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 6S management in the first aid staff management can effectively improve the quality of first aid,adjust the working status of the staff,ensure the effective development of the first aid work,and improve the satisfaction of staff.
