摘　　要：目的分析5S管理模式对药房药品管理效率及药品合理使用率的促进作用。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月山东淄博市中西医结合医院药房工作的15名工作人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月实施传统管理,设为传统组;2023年1—12月,实施5S管理模式,设为探究组。两组为同一批工作人员。对比两组药房管理质量评分、药品管理效率、不良事件发生率。结果探究组各项药房管理质量评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组药方调配时间为(6.41±1.23)min,患者候药时间为(9.27±2.18)min,短于传统组的(9.23±1.11)min、(12.30±2.25)min,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组不良事件发生情况少于传统组。结论在药房管理中应用5S管理模式可显著提高药品管理效率和药房整体管理质量,降低药品的不合理使用率,表明5S管理模式对于优化药房运营和提高患者用药安全性具有积极的促进作用。Objective To analyze the promotional effect of 5S management model on the efficiency of pharmacy drug management and rational drug utilization.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,15 staff members working in the Department of Pharmacy of Zibo Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,traditional management was implemented and set as the traditional group;from January to December 2023,the implementation of 5S management mode was set as the inquiry group.The two groups are the same staff.The score of pharmacy management quality,drug management efficiency and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of pharmacy management quality in the inquiry group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The dispensing time of the inquiry group was(6.41±1.23)min,and the waiting time of the patients was(9.27±2.18)min,which were shorter than[(9.23±1.11)min,(12.30±2.25)min]of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the inquing group was less than that in the traditional group.Conclusion The application of 5S management mode in pharmacy management can significantly improve the efficiency of drug management and the overall quality of pharmacy management,reducing the irrational utilization rate of drugs,indicating that 5S management mode has a positive role in optimizing pharmacy operation and improving drug safety for patients.
