层级护理管理模式用于中医科护理管理中的实践效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析层级护理管理模式在中医科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1—10月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院中医科工作的60名护士为研究对象,根据不同的管理方法分为对照组和观察组,各30名,对照组实施常规管理模式,观察组实施层级护理管理模式。比较两组护理人员自身素养、护理质量及满意度。结果观察组护理人员的各项自身素质评分、各项护理质量评分、满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施护士分层级管理模式后,中医科护理工作的质量得到良好的保障,并且对建立高素质的护理团队起到重要意义,为患者提供更优质、全面的护理措施,并且可提高护理人员对管理模式的满意度,应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the application value of hierarchical nursing management mode in nursing management of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From January to October 2023,60 nurses working in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group were selected as the research objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 nurses in each group.The control group implemented the routine management mode,and the observation group implemented the hierarchical nursing management mode.The quality of nursing staff,nursing quality and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The self-quality scores,nursing quality scores and satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of nurse hierarchical management mode,the effective quality of nursing work in traditional Chinese medicine department has been well guaranteed,and it is of great significance to establish a high-quality nursing team,to provide patients with better quality and comprehensive nursing measures,and to improve the satisfaction of nursing staff to the management mode,with high application value.
