摘　　要：党的十八大以来,党和国家监督体系日益完善,巡视监督在其中占据重要地位。然而,推动巡视与其他监督贯通协调尚处在全面探索阶段,仍面临监督信息共享和处理不充分、监督协作状态的断续阻隔、巡视整改主体的价值分异、巡视与其他监督主体协作的责任体系不完备等现实挑战。新时代巡视监督具有权威性、独立性和政治性等内生特性,形塑了巡视机构在监督体系中的信息汲取功能、组织统筹功能和综合反馈功能,能够促进巡视监督效能在党和国家监督体系中扩散、发挥协同作用。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the supervision system of the Party and the state has been increasingly improved,and inspection supervision has come to play an important role.However,the coordination between inspection and other forms of supervision is still in a stage of comprehensive exploration and faces several practical challenges.These include insufficient sharing and processing of supervision information,intermittent and obstructed supervisory collaboration,differing values among those responsible for inspection reforms,and an incomplete responsibility system for collaboration between inspection and other supervisory entities.In the new era,inspection supervision possesses intrinsic characteristics of authority,independence,and political orientation,which shape the inspection agencies roles in the supervision system,including information absorption,organizational coordination,and comprehensive feedback functions.As such,it can promote the diffusion and synergy of inspection and supervision s effectiveness within the Party s and the state s supervision system.
