摘  要:为探究掺玄武岩纤维混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,在混凝土试件中分别掺入体积掺量为0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的玄武岩纤维,以试件的外观、质量损失率和抗压强度为主要评价指标,进行了不同侵蚀环境下玄武岩纤维混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能试验研究。研究结果表明:体积掺量为0.2%的试件在质量损失率、抗压强度方面表现最佳,而体积掺量为0.1%的试件抗折强度增幅最大;干湿循环条件下试件的外观、质量和抗压强度波动幅度较自然侵蚀环境下更大,且干湿周期越短侵蚀程度越严重;试件的微观结构分析发现,侵蚀前混凝土试件内部因水泥水化作用,存在少量C-S-H(水化硅酸钙)、Ca(OH)_(2)等水化产物,掺入玄武岩纤维后使混凝土内部黏结十分紧密,试件内部裂缝发育较缓,减少了侵蚀产物的生成,一定程度上提高了混凝土的力学性能。In order to explore the sulfate resistance of concrete mixed with basalt fiber,the experiment investigation on the sulfate resistance of basalt fiber concrete under different erosion environments was studied by adding basalt fiber with volume content of 0,0.1%,0.2%and 0.3%into the concrete samples,taking the appearance,mass loss rate and compressive strength of the samples as the main evaluation indexes.The results show that the specimen with 0.2%volume content has the best performance in mass loss rate and compressive strength,while the specimen with 0.1%volume content has the largest increase in flexural strength.The fluctuation range of appearance,quality and compressive strength of specimens under dry wet cycle is larger than that under natural erosion environment,and the shorter the dry wet cycle is,the more serious the erosion degree is.The microstructure analysis of the specimen shows that there is a small amount of C-S-H(hydrated calcium silicate),Ca(OH)_(2) and other hydration products in the concrete specimen due to the hydration of cement before erosion.Adding basalt fiber can tighten the internal bond of the concrete,slow down the internal cracks of the specimen development,reduce the generation of erosion products,and improve the mechanical properties of the concrete to a certain extent.
