摘  要:为了实现铁尾矿的建筑资源化利用,以高硅型铁尾矿为主要原料,结合粉煤灰和锂渣制备了铁尾矿-粉煤灰-锂渣三元体系掺合料。通过抗压强度试验得到了铁尾矿-粉煤灰-锂渣三元体系掺合料的配合比、活化剂掺量以及掺合料替代率对活性指数的影响。结果表明:铁尾矿-粉煤灰-锂渣三元体系掺合料的配合比为铁尾矿∶粉煤灰∶锂渣=1∶2∶2,活化剂为0.8%的Ca(OH)_(2)和掺合料替代率为35%时,试件有最高的28 d抗压强度43.6 MPa,为纯水泥对照组的100%。热重试验的结果表明,活化剂Ca(OH)_(2)对掺合料活性有明显的促进作用。掺量在0~0.8%时,28 d活性指数在增加;0.8%~1.6%时,28 d活性指数在减小,所以Ca(OH)_(2)的28 d活性指数的最佳掺量为0.8%。掺入掺合料的试件的微观形貌变得更加致密。In order to realize the building resource utilization of iron ore tailings,it took high silica-iron ore tailings as the main raw material and combined fly ash and lithium slag to form iron ore tailings-fly ash-lithium slag ternary system admixture.The effects of the proportion ofiron ore tailings-fly ash-lithium slag ternary system admixture,the dosage of activator(Ca(OH)_(2)),and the percentage of cement replaced by admixture on the activity index were obtained from the compressive strength tests.The results showed that when the iron ore tailings-fly ash-lithium slag ternary system admixture with a ratio of iron ore tailings:ifly ash:lithium slag-1:2:2,an activator is 0.8%Ca(0H)_(2) and an admixture substitution is 35%,the specimens had the highest 28 d compressive strength 43.6 MPa,which was 100%of the pure cement control.The results of the rmogravimetric experiments showed that the activator Ca(OH)_(2) had a significant promotion effect on the activity of the admixture,and the 28 d activity index was increasing in the dosage of 0 to 0.8%,and the 28 d activity index was decreasing in the dosage of 0.8%to 1.6%,the optimum doping amount was 0.8%.The microscopic morphology of the specimens doped with the admixture became denser.
