摘 要:研究建立了氰渣中硫氰酸盐的测定方法,通过条件实验确定采用0.8%氢氧化钠为浸提剂,浸提方式为超声提取5 min,电热板180℃加热1 h,采用铁盐比色法测定硫氰酸盐。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.12%~0.93%,加标回收率为95.46%~100.50%,已在黄金行业氰渣中硫氰酸盐的测定得到广泛应用。A method for determining thiocyanate in cyanide residue has been developed.Through experiment on test conditions,it was determined that a 0.8%sodium hydroxide solution should be used as the leaching agent,with the leaching process involving ultrasonic extraction for 5 min followed by heating on a hot plate at 180℃for 1 h.Thiocyanate was then measured using the ferric salt colorimetric method.The relative standard deviation of this method ranged from 0.12%to 0.93%,with spiked sample recovery rates between 95.46%and 100.50%.This method has been widely applied for the determination of thiocyanate in cyanide residue within the gold industry.
