摘　　要：单项体育协会作为体育社会组织的重要组成部分在推动基层体育治理中扮演着重要角色。本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析、实地调研、专家访谈等研究方法,基于新发展阶段背景下,对地方性单项体育协会参与基层体育治理进行系统研究。研究发现,治理体系不完善,以政绩冲动取代现实需求,唯成绩论明显;治理主体不协同,行政机制压制执行效能,部门联动局限;治理内容不全面,结构僵化消解村民兴趣,内生动力不足等发展困境。基于此,提出全方位构建治理体系、多维度统筹治理主体、深层次丰富治理内容等优化策略。旨在为推动治理发展提供理论支撑与依据,助力基层体育治理实现“共建共治共享”新格局,打造绿色可持续的体育生态系统。As an important part of sports social organizations,single sports associations play an important role in promoting grassroots sports governance.This paper uses literature,logical analysis,field research,expert interviews and other research methods to conduct a systematic study on the participation of local single sport associations in grassroots sport governance based on the background of the new development stage.The study finds that the governance system is imperfect,the impulse of political performance replaces the real needs,and the theory of achievement only is obvious;the main body of governance is not synergistic,the administrative mechanism suppresses the implementation efficiency,and the departmental linkage is limited;the content of governance is not comprehensive,the structural rigidity dissolves the interest of villagers,and the endogenous power is insufficient,and other developmental dilemmas.Based on this,it put forward optimization strategies such as constructing governance system in an all-round way,coordinating governance subjects in multi-dimensions,and enriching governance contents at a deep level.The aim is to provide theoretical support and basis for promoting the development of governance,helping grassroots sports governance to realize a new pattern of common construction,common governance and sharing,and creating a green and sustainable sports ecosystem.
