摘  要:采用黏接铝粉的方式制备了一种晶体材料内部衍射用基准零应力铝粉标准试样,采用短波长特征X射线衍射仪对试样的均匀性、各向同性、内部残余应力进行测试,采用不同残余应力测试方法和不同计算方法对试样表面及内部应力进行验证。结果表明:该试样不同部位、不同方向的衍射强度偏差都小于10%,具备均匀性和各向同性,表面和内部残余应力也都为-25~25MPa。A reference zero stress aluminum powder standard sample for internal diffraction of crystal materials was prepared by bonding aluminum powder.The uniformity,isotropy,and internal residual stress of the sample were tested using a short wavelength characteristic X-ray diffractometer.Different residual stress testing methods and calculation methods were used to verify the surface and internal stress of the sample.The results show that the diffraction intensity deviation in different parts and directions of the sample was less than 10%,indicating uniformity and isotropy.The residual stresses on the surface and inside were also within-25~25 MPa.
