摘　　要：X射线检测分析技术在陶瓷、纸质、金属、石质等不同材料的文物保护修复领域应用广泛。介绍了X射线荧光分析、X射线衍射分析、X射线光电子能谱分析、X射线检测分析等技术在文物保护修复研究工作中的应用实例。X-ray detection and analysis technology was widely used in the field of cultural relic protection and restoration of different materials such as ceramics,paper,metal,and stone.The application examples of X-ray fluorescence analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis,X-ray flaw detection analysis and other technologies in cultural relic protection and restoration research were introduced.
