摘 要:为实现施工监控信息与施工仿真信息相结合的有效对照,解决盾构施工参数动态调整的安全监控问题。首先,以沉降控制值为依据,通过有限元仿真确定盾构参数的合理区间,从而确定沉降理论值;其次,建立以沉降理论值和沉降控制值双因素控制的仿真预警体系;最后,用Dynamo实现数模结合和监测信息的可视化表达。研究结果表明:仿真和预警的结合,解决了盾构施工参数的动态控制问题;监测信息的数模结合,解决了监测信息的高效实时可视化表达问题。研究成果为盾构隧道施工监测提供了一种高效的监测方法。In order to achieve effective comparison between construction monitoring information and construction simulation information and solve the problem of safety monitoring of dynamic adjustment of shield construction parameters.Firstly,we used the settlement control value as the basis and determines the reasonable range of shield parameters through finite element simulation,thereby determining the settlement theoretical value;Secondly,a simulation-based early warning system controlled by both the theoretical value of settlement and the control value of settlement was established;Finally,Dynamo was used to realize the combination of digital and model and the visual expression of monitoring information.The results show that the dynamic control of shield construction parameters was solved by the combination of simulation and early warning;the problem of efficient real-time visualization of monitoring information was solved by the combination of digital and model of monitoring information.The research results should provide an efficient monitoring method for shield tunnel construction monitoring.
