摘　　要：三七作为传统中草药现已受到医药界的共同认可和关注,现代植物化学研究表明三七皂苷是三七的主要化学成分。现代药理研究及临床应用发现,其具有抗癌、抗氧化及治疗心血管疾病等作用。综述三七主要化学成分和药理作用的研究进展,以期为三七的临床应用及后期研究提供帮助。Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma as a traditional Chinese herbal medicine has now been recognized and paid attention to by the pharmaceutical community.Modern phytochemical studies have shown that Panax notoginseng saponin is the main chemical component of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma.Modern pharmacological studies and clinical applications have revealed that it has anti-cancer,antioxidant and cardiovascular disease effects.In this study,we reviewed the research progress of the main chemical components and pharmacological effects of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma,with the aim of providing assistance for the clinical application and later studies of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma.
