摘 要:实时获取机场刚性道面结构强度是保障机场正常运行的重要工作。当前,广泛采用PCN(飞机分类号,PavementClassificationNumber)作为评价指标,但PCN缺乏统一的计算方法,而不同计算方法所得到的PCN值偏差较大。为解决刚性道面PCN计算方法存在的问题,借助ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了考虑接缝传荷作用的机场水泥道面九块板力学分析模型,依托我国某4E机场数据,得到该机场不同主起落架构型的飞机荷载作用下的道面板三维损伤分布,基于损伤等效的原则来计算该机场道面PCN值,并与不同方法的PCN计算值对比。结果表明:传统当量单轮荷载法的PCN值最大,基于损伤等效的方法次之,COMFAA方法最小。这分析验证了基于损伤等效的PCN计算方法的合理性,有助于提高机场道面结构强度评价的准确性。Real-time assessment of the structural strength of rigid airport pavements is crucial for ensuring normal airport operations.Currently,the Pavement Classification Number(PCN)is widely used as an evaluation metric.However,there is no unified method for calculating PCN,leading to significant discrepancies in the results obtained by different methods.To address the issues for rigid pavements,a mechanical analysis model of a nine-slab airport cement pavement,considering load transfer across joints,was established using ABAQUS.Using data from a 4E-class airport in China,the three-dimensional damage distribution of pavement slabs under the loading of aircraft with various main landing gear configurations was obtained.The PCN value of the airport pavement was then calculated based on the principle of damage equivalence and compared with the PCN values obtained from different methods.The results show that the traditional equivalent single-wheel load method yields the highest PCN value,the damage-equivalence-based method is intermediate,and the COMFAA method gives the lowest value.This analysis validates the rationality of the damage-equivalence-based PCN calculation method,improving the accuracy of assessing airport pavement structural strength.
