净味剂种类对SBS改性沥青及混合料性能的影响

摘　　要：为探究净味剂种类在沥青内的作用效果,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)、弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)和便携式Vocs浓度测试仪,研究了SBS改性沥青及混合料的性能与气体排放效果。结果表明,净味剂掺入沥青中,具有明显的除味效果,且在沥青混合料拌和的过程中,Vocs浓度显著降低,低温性能和疲劳性能显著改善,高温性能也有所损失,但幅度较小。SBS改性沥青混合料的低温性能得到改善,但高温抗车辙性能则有所降低。净味改性沥青低温性能与沥青混合料低温性能的评价指标存在一致性,高温性能则反之。Vocs浓度降幅效果依次为自研C>市场A>市场B。In order to explore the effect of different kinds of flavor cleansers in asphalt,Dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),bending beam rheometer(BBR)and portable Vocs concentration tester were used to assess the properties and gas emission effects of SBS modified asphalt and mixtures.The results showe that the addition of flavor cleansers significantly improves the odor removal effect,and decreases significantly the Vocs concentration during the mixing of asphalt mixture.And the low-temperature performance and fatigue performance of asphalt are improved significantly,while the high temperature performance minorly reduce.The low-temperature properties of SBS modified asphalt mixture are improved,while the high-temperature rutting resistance decreases.The low-temperature properties of modified asphalt align with that of asphalt mixture,while high-temperature properties show the opposite trend.The reduction in Vocs concentration is ranked as follows:Self-developed C>Market A>Market B.
