长三角一体化视域下启东“新江南文化”建构路径研究

摘　　要：长三角一体化发展战略强调区域内部的经济、社会等多方面的协同合作,以及文化在促进区域一体化中的重要作用。“新江南文化”是长三角地区的共有基因和精神纽带。以沙地文化为代表的启东地域文化与“新江南文化”历史渊源深厚。新时代建构启东“新江南文化”,能够为长三角文化软实力贡献新力量,也为启东文化整体发展带来新机遇。通过明确启东“新江南文化”的特点与定位,不断提升启东地域文化在长三角地区的影响力,紧紧抓住长三角一体化发展战略机遇,加强顶层设计与政策引领、文化交流与平台建设、文化与产业融合发展、培养地域文化人才等增强自身文化创新和吸引力,有助于实现启东地域文化与“新江南文化”的融合创新发展,打造长三角人共享一体化高质量发展的美好生活景象。The integrated development strategy of the Yangtze River Delta emphasizes the economic and social cooperation within the region,as well as the important role of culture in promoting regional integration.The new Jiangnan culture is the common genetic and spiritual bond of the Yangtze River Delta region.The Qidong regional culture represented by the sandy land culture has long been deeply connecting with the"new Jiangnan culture".The construction of"new Jiangnan culture"in Qidong in the new era can contribute new strength to the cultural soft power of the Yangtze River Delta and bring new opportunities for the overall development of Qidong culture.By clarifying the characteristics and orientation of"new Jiangnan culture"in Qidong;continuously enhance the influence of Qidong regional culture in the Yangtze River Delta region;firmly seize the strategic opportunity of Yangtze River Delta integration development,strengthen top-level design and policy guidance,cultural exchange and platform construction,integrated development of culture and industry,and cultivate regional cultural talents to enhance their own cultural innovation and attraction,which will help realize the integration and innovative development of Qidong regional culture and"new Jiangnan culture".Create a better life for people in the Yangtze River Delta to enjoy integrated,high-quality development.
