“502”胶熏显染色法显现艺术漆客体表面上汗潜手印研究

摘　　要：刑事侦查中对于涂有艺术漆场所的勘验,想要发现、显现、固定手印等痕迹时,要考虑到艺术漆作为新兴材料的特殊性。使用“502”胶熏显染色法对艺术漆(选用马来漆、金箔漆、壁纸漆)上汗潜手印进行显现实验,发现“502”胶熏显结合粉末染色法尤其是龙胆紫染色法对于艺术漆上汗潜手印有较好的显现效果。由此,可为涉及艺术漆表面汗潜手印显现提供方法,为打击违法犯罪提供参考和指导。In the criminal investigation of the inspection of places coated with art paint,when it is indispensable to discover,reveal,and fix traces such as fingerprints,the particularity of art paint as an emerging material should be taken into account.By using the“502”glue fuming staining way to indispensable the experiment on latent sweat fingerprints on the art paint(selecting Malaysia paint,gold foil paint,and wallpaper paint),it is found that the“502”glue fuming combined with powder staining method,especially the gentian violet staining method,has an effect on latent sweat fingerprints on the art paint.Thus,it can provide a way for the revealing of latent sweat fingerprints on the surface of art paint and provide reference and guidance for combating illegal crimes.
