摘　　要：本文通过检索、统计、分析用于治疗HBV核衣壳抑制剂的全球专利申请文献,对吡唑并哌啶类化合物的专利技术演进脉络进行了归纳分析,并研究了Novira公司、艾库里斯有限及两合公司、爱尔兰詹森科学公司等重要申请人的相关技术布局情况,揭示了治疗HBV的核衣壳抑制剂的当前状况和未来发展趋势。This article summarizes and analyzes the patent technology evolution of pyrazolopiperidine compounds through searching,statistics,and analysis of global patent application literature for the treatment of HBV nucleocapsid inhibitors.It also studies the relevant technical layout of important applicants such as Novira,Aicuris,and Janssen,revealing the current status and future development trends of nucleocapsid inhibitors for the treatment of HBV.
