摘 要:手性是自然界中普遍存在的基本现象之一,对手性光的研究不仅在光学、生物医学和材料科学等领域被广泛应用,还能用于深入探索手性现象的本质,推动相关领域的基础研究和技术创新。本文针对本科生创新实验教学,设计了TbPO_(4):Eu^(3+)的合成及手性发光测量综合实验。本实验使用共沉淀法,在手性分子酒石酸的作用下,合成了TbPO_(4):Eu^(3+)棒状纳米晶,采用透射电子显微镜对其形貌结构进行表征。使用波长为532 nm的激光作为光源测量其发射光的手性光谱,研究了TbPO_(4):Eu^(3+)棒状纳米晶的手性发光特性。结果表TbPO_(4):Eu^(3+)棒状纳米晶是单晶物质,发射光具有手性,发光不对称因子为0.16。Chirality is one of the basic phenomena widely existing in nature.The research on chiral light is not only widely applied in optics,biomedical science,materials science,and other fields,but also used to deeply explore the nature of chiral phenomena and promote basic research and technological innovation in related fields.In this paper,a comprehensive experiment of synthesis and chiral luminescence measurement of TbPO_(4):Eu^(3+)was designed for undergraduate students'innovative experimental teaching.In this experiment,TbPO_(4):Eu^(3+)rod-like nanocrystals were synthesized by co-precipitation method under the action of chiral molecule tartaric acid.The morphology and structure of TbPO_(4):Eu^(3+)rod-like nanocrystals were characterized by transmission electron microscopy.The chiral spectra of the luminescence were measured using a laser with a wavelength of 532 nm as the light source.The results show that TbPO_(4):Eu^(3+)rod-shaped nanocrystals are single-crystal substances with chiral emission light,and the luminescent asymmetry factor is 0.16.
