摘 要:厌氧消化是一种将有机废物转化为沼气的生物过程,已广泛应用于污水污泥、农业/畜牧业废物、餐厨垃圾等处理领域。然而厌氧消化工艺工程化应用的最大瓶颈是甲烷产量低及工艺运行不稳定。因此,厌氧消化影响因素一直是该领域的研究热点。本文回顾了厌氧消化理论,然后较为系统地总结了厌氧消化过程的主要影响因素,其中包括反应器条件(反应器类型、污泥性质)、环境因子(温度、pH值、水力停留时间)和基质条件(氨氮、硫化物、微量金属元素)的最新研究进展。同时指出厌氧消化技术存在的不足,并对未来的发展进行了展望。Anaerobic digestion is a biological process that converts organic waste into biogas,and has been widely used in the treatment of sewage sludge,agricultural/livestock waste,kitchen waste,and other fields.However,the biggest bottleneck in the engineering application of anaerobic digestion technology is low methane production and unstable process operation.Therefore,the influencing factors of anaerobic digestion have always been a research hotspot in this field.This article reviews the theory of anaerobic digestion and systematically summarizes the main influencing factors of anaerobic digestion process,including the latest research progress of reactor conditions(reactor type,sludge properties),environmental factors(temperature,pH value,hydraulic retention time),and substrate conditions(ammonia nitrogen,sulfide,trace metal elements).At the same time,the shortcomings of anaerobic digestion technology were pointed out,and the future development was discussed.
