五种硫自养滤料对市政污水二沉池出水硝酸盐去除效果分析

摘　　要：本文研究了五种硫自养滤料对市政污水二沉池出水硝酸盐的去除效果,为后续的污水处理工艺优化提供理论支持。实验结果表明,在滤料填充高度1.0m、不同的空塔滤速(2m/h~8m/h)下五种硫自养滤料对硝酸盐的去除效果存在差异。其中,A滤料和B滤料的去除效果最好,其硝酸盐的去除率高达90%以上,这主要是因为这两种滤料强度偏小,硫释放速率大造成的。其余三家滤料硝酸盐去除率20%~80%之间,呈现随空塔滤速的提高出现先升高后降低的趋势。总体来说,在现有V型滤池及反硝化滤池改造中可以用硫自养滤池代替石英砂滤料,借以满足日益严格的总氮的排放要求。In this paper,five kinds of sulfur autotrophic filter media to municipal sewage secondary sedimentation tank effluent nitrate removal effect,for thesubsequent optimization of sewage treatment process to provide theoretical support.The experimental results show that the removal efficiency of nitrate by fivesulfur autotrophic filter media is different when the filter media is filled at 1.0 m height and the filter velocity is different(2 m/h~8 m/h).Among them,A and B havethe best removal efficiency,the removal rate of nitrate is up to 90%,which is mainly due to the low strength of these two filter media,sulfur release rate caused bylarge.The nitrate removal rate of the other three filter media ranged from 20%to 80%,showing a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase ofthe filtration rate of the empty tower.In general,sulfur autotrophic filter can be used to replace quartz sand filter media in the retrofit of existing V-type filter anddenitrification filter to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of total nitrogen emission.
