摘　　要：通过招募一批不同年龄段受试者,使用皮肤无创仪器检测方法分析眼周NAD(P)H水平与年龄、肤色和弹性参数R2之间的相关性。另招募一批受试者,使用一款眼霜评估眼部抗皱效果。研究结果表明:随着年龄增长,眼周颗粒层细胞NAD(P)H水平降低、鱼尾纹等级增大,皮肤弹性R2值减小,肤色加深,皮肤ITA°值减小。年龄、肤色、弹性与NAD(P)H水平之间存在相关性。15名受试者使用眼霜28天后,与使用前相比眼周NAD(P)H水平增加,皮肤弹性R2值增加,鱼尾纹评级下降,胶原纤维谐波强度增加。该产品具有一定的抗皱效果。A group of subjects of different ages were recruited to analyze the correlation between the NAD(P)H level around the eyes and age,skin color andelastic parameter R2 by using non-invasive skin instrument detection method.Another group of subjects was recruited to evaluate the anti-wrinkle effect on the eyesusing an eye cream.The results showed that with the increase of age,the level of NAD(P)H in the granular layer cells around the eyes decreased,the rating of crow'sfeet increased,the R2 value of skin elasticity decreased,the skin color deepened,and the ITA°value of skin decreased.There was a correlation between age,skincolor,elasticity,and the level of NAD(P)H.Fifteen subjects used the eye cream for 28 days and showed an increase in NAD(P)H levels around the eyes,an increasein skin elasticity R2 values,a decrease in crow's feet ratings,and an increase in the harmonic strength of the collagen fibers,compared to before the product was used.The product had an anti-wrinkle effect.
