摘 要:对核电压力容器用SA508-Ⅲ钢进行了在不同温度(25,90,180,260,320℃)下的拉伸试验,研究了温度对其拉伸性能的影响及机理。结果表明:当温度为260,320℃时,试验钢拉伸应力-应变曲线塑性变形阶段均出现锯齿波,呈典型动态应变时效特征;随着温度升高,试验钢的屈服强度减小,抗拉强度先减小再增大,断后伸长率先增加后减小,当温度为180℃时,抗拉强度最小,断后伸长率最大;随着温度升高至180℃以上,动态应变时效发生,试验钢中位错胞尺寸减小,位错密度增大,沿亚晶界和晶界析出的碳化物数量增加、尺寸减小,这也是强度提高、塑性减小的主要原因。The tensile tests on SA508-Ⅲsteel for nuclear power pressure vessels were carried out at different temperatures(25,90,180,260,320℃).The effect and mechanism of temperature on the tensile property were studied.The results show that at the temperature of 260,320℃,sawtooth waves appeared in the plastic deformation stage of the tensile stress-strain curve of the test steel,showing typical dynamic strain-aging characteristics.With the increase of temperature,the yield strength of the test steel decreased,the tensile strength decreased first and then increased,and the percentage elongation after fracture increased first and then decreased.When the temperature was 180℃,the tensile strength reached the minimum value and the percentage elongation after fracture reached the maximum value.As the temperature rose above 180℃,the dynamic strain-aging occurred,the dislocation cell size in the test steel decreased,and the dislocation density increased,and the carbides precipitated along subgrain boundaries and grain boundaries increased in quantity and decreased in size;that was the main reason for the increase in strength and decrease in plasticity.
