摘 要:对TC4钛合金板进行不同功率(40~100W)连续激光加热背面辅助脉冲激光冲击正面的强化处理,通过与未强化和传统激光冲击强化试样进行对比,研究了连续激光辅助冲击及连续激光功率对试样温度、物相、硬度和深度方向残余应力分布的影响。结果表明:随着连续激光功率增大,连续激光辅助激光冲击强化试样背面温度呈线性升高,正面温度升高但趋势变缓并趋于平稳,且温度升高未引发TC4钛合金相变;相较未强化和传统激光冲击强化试样,连续激光辅助激光冲击强化试样的正面硬度、表面残余压应力和残余压应力影响层深度增加;试样硬度不受连续激光功率影响,但残余压应力和残余压应力影响层深度随连续激光功率增加呈先增加后减小的趋势,当连续激光功率为60W时达到最大,分别为431.4MPa,470μm。The TC4 titanium alloy plate was strengthened by continuous laser heating the back face assisted pulsed laser shock peening the front face under different continuous laser pouer(40‒100 W).The effects of continuous laser-assisted peening on the temperature,phase,hardness and residual stress distribution in depth direction of TC4 titanium alloy plate were studied by comparing with those of unstrengthened and traditional laser shock peening samples.The results show that with the increase of continuous laser power,the temperature on the back face of the samples increased linearly,and the temperature on the front face increased but the increase rate became slow and tended to be stable.The temperature increase did not cause the phase transformation of TC4 titanium alloy.Compared with those of the unstrengthened and laser shock peening samples,the front face hardness,the surface residual compressive stress and residual compressive stress affected depth of the continuous laser-assisted laser shock peening sample increased.The hardness of the sample was not affected by continuous laser powder,but the residual compressive stress and residual compressive stress affected depth increased and then decreased with the increase of the continuous laser power,reaching the maximum values when the continuous laser power was 60 W,which were 431.4 MPa,470µm,respectively.
