切缝翘曲法测试铝合金厚板内部残余应力  

Residual Stress Test in Aluminum Alloy Thick Plate by Slit Warping Method

摘　　要：采用切缝翘曲法测试了40,80mm厚7050T7451铝合金板横向残余应力沿深度方向的分布,并与剥层法测试结果进行了对比。结果表明:切缝翘曲法测得80mm厚试样心部附近(距表面20~60mm)的横向残余应力为拉应力,边部附近(距表面0~20mm和60~80mm)的横向残余应力为压应力,与剥层法测试结果相近,相关系数高达0.853,说明测试方法准确;40mm厚试样的最大横向残余拉应力位于试样心部,最大横向残余压应力位于试样表面;80mm厚试样的最大横向残余拉应力位于试样心部,最大横向残余压应力位于距表面12~16mm处。Transverse residual stress distribution along depth direction of 7050 T7451 aluminum alloy plates with thickness of 40,80 mm was measured by the slit warping method,and the results were compared with those by stripping method.The results show that the transverse residual stress near the center(20‒60 mm away from the surface)was tensile stress and that near the edge(0‒20 and 60‒80 mm away from the surface)of the 80 mm thick sample was compressive stresses measured by the slit warping method.The correlation coefficient between the residual stresses measured by slit warping method and stripping method was as high as 0.853,indicating that the slit warping method was accurate.The maxima transverse residual tensile stresses of the 40 mm thick samples were located at the sample center,and the maxima transverse residual compressive stresses were located at the sample surface.The maxima transverse residual tensile stresses of the 80 mm thick samples were located at the sample center;the maxima transverse residual compressive stresses were located at 12‒16 mm away from the surface.
