摘  要:历史建筑预防性保护已成为历史建筑保护的重要发展方向,是历史建筑保护的新思路。以上海音乐厅剧场类历史建筑预防性保护为例,围绕预防性保护面临的历史信息获取难、损伤诊断难、结构服役状况监管难以及全生命期预防性保护管理难等问题,提出了基于数字孪生的历史建筑全生命期预防性保护体系。在此基础上构建了历史建筑数字孪生模型底座,建立了特色部位损伤分类分级体系与智能识别诊断方法,提出了穹顶重要结构部位服役实时监测与预警方法,并开发了数字孪生管理平台,实现特色部位数字化展示、损伤日常维修平台化管理、安全监测动态化管理,为历史建筑全生命期预防性保护提供整体解决方案,可为后续相关技术研究和工程应用提供借鉴。Preventive conservation of historical buildings is a significant development direction in the field of historical building protection,representing a new approach.Using the preventive conservation of theater-type historical buildings such as the Shanghai Concert Hall as an example,this paper addresses challenges such as difficult access to historical information,damage diagnosis,supervision of structural service conditions,and management of preventive conservation over the entire life cycle.A digital twin-based preventive conservation system is proposed for the entire life cycle of historical buildings.A digital twin model is constructed,featuring a damage classification and grading system and an intelligent identification and diagnosis method for specific parts.Real-time monitoring and early warning methods for critical structural components,such as domes,are also developed.Additionally,a digital twin management platform is introduced to enable digital visualization of specific parts,platform-based management of daily damage repairs,and dynamic safety monitoring.This provides a comprehensive solution for preventive conservation of historical buildings throughout their life cycle,offering valuable insights for future technical research and engineering applications.
