摘　　要：针对建筑遗产外立面修缮人工查勘效率低、修缮过程数字资产要素不完整等问题,提出建筑遗产外立面查勘、施工、管理全过程数字化修缮成套关键技术并进行工程实践应用。通过数字化查勘技术创新为后续修缮提供精确的数据支撑,通过数字化辅助技术创新提高建筑遗产修缮效率,通过信息数据管理技术创新为后期建筑遗产维护提供数据基础。所研究技术方案有利于推动数字化在建筑遗产外立面修缮中的推广应用,促进建筑遗产保护修缮和风貌恢复,可为类似项目提供借鉴。Key techniques for the digital repair of architectural heritage facades,encompassing survey,construction,and management processes,are proposed and applied in engineering practice to address issues such as the low efficiency of manual surveys and the incompleteness of digital asset elements during repair.Accurate data support for subsequent repairs is provided through innovations in digital survey techniques.The efficiency of architectural heritage repairs is enhanced through advancements in digital auxiliary techniques.Furthermore,a robust data foundation for ongoing architectural heritage maintenance is established through innovations in information data management techniques.The proposed technical scheme facilitates the promotion and application of digitalization in the facade restoration of architectural heritage,advancing protection,renovation,and stylistic restoration efforts,and serving as a reference for similar projects.
