摘　　要：以上海市第一人民医院眼科临床诊疗中心、复旦大学附属华山医院病房综合楼改扩建、上海市第十人民医院急诊综合楼这3个位于中心城区的医院项目为例,深入探讨了在空间有限、施工条件苛刻的中心城区,通过采用“微创”逆作、“无缝”贴建技术,有效解决医院改扩建工程中通常面临的场地狭小、周边环境复杂、交通情况复杂等一系列难题,可为类似工程提供有益的借鉴。Using the clinical diagnosis and treatment center of ophthalmology at Shanghai General Hospital,the ward complex reconstruction and expansion at Huashan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University,and the emergency complex building of Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital as case studies,the challenges faced in central urban areas with limited space and stringent construction conditions are examined.The use of minimally invasive reverse construction and seamless construction technique effectively addresses issues such as narrow sites,complex surrounding environments,and complicated traffic conditions in hospital reconstruction and expansion projects,offering valuable references for similar endeavors.
